Draft Resin is suitable for printing large, bulky parts quickly. With a 300 micron layer height, it has acceptable accuracy for prototyping needs while enabling faster design iterations.

Tough 2000

This pump housing demonstrates the strength of Tough 2000 Resin. Tough 2000 Resin is the strongest and stiffest material in the family of Tough and Durable Resins, making it ideal for prototyping sturdy parts that should not bend easily.

ENGINEERING

Tough 1500

Tough 1500 Resin produces stiff and pliable parts that bend and spring back quickly under cyclic loading. The combination of stiffness and elongation allows this spring to compress and return to shape repeatedly. This sample is a 3 piece assembly - a base, a spring shipped on supports, and a top to press down onto the spring.

  • Ultimate Tensile Strength: 33 MPa
  • Tensile Modulus 1.5 GPa
  • Notched IZOD: 67 J/m
  • Heat Deflection Temp. @ 0.45 MPa: 52 °C

ENGINEERING

High Temp

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high temperature resistance. 

  • Key applications include parts for hot air, gas, and fluid flow; heat-resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures; and molds and inserts. 

  • Print resolutions: 100, 50, and 25 microns. Post-curing required.

Durable

Durable Resin is a wear-resistant, ductile material with low modulus and high impact strength, for prototyping parts which require deformation and a smooth, glossy finish.

Glass-reinforced Rigid Resin offers very high stiffness and a polished finish and is great for precise printing of strong, thin features.

Flexible

Flexible Resin simulates an 80A durometer rubber, and makes parts that can bend and compress. Requires UV post-cure. Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.

  • Elongation at Failure: 75 – 85 %
  • Tear Strength: 13.3 – 14.1 kN/m

Elastic

Elastic Resin, our softest Engineering Resin, is suitable for parts that will bend, stretch, compress, and hold up to repeated cycles without tearing. This sample is a designer's interpretation of a pulmonary artery.

  • Elongation at Failure: 160 %
  • Tear Strength: 19.1 kN/m
  • Compression set at 70C: 9%
  • Shore Hardness: 50 A
